The Last Light
PROJECT OVERVIEW
“The Last Light” is a short thriller filmed in a single day in the Gap of Dunloe. I created this piece as a challenge to produce something quickly under pressure by writing, filming, and editing the film within two days. The project also allowed me to focus heavily on sound and atmosphere, using audio and rhythm to heighten the sense of unease. Beyond exploring tension and pacing, it was an exercise in efficient storytelling and creative problem-solving. Balancing visual composition, sound design and editing to achieve a cinematic feel on a limited timeframe.
